Why is this on the road? I spotted it the other day parked on the street in my neighborhood. No plates, but had a temp operating permit from the CA DMV.

I'm guessing anything they had here was sold off in the bankruptcy proceeding...but I can't imagine they would be street legal...

It was that color, but I didn't catch the tags.
There's an EV charger company nearby so the parking lot always has Leaves, BMW ActiveE, RAV4 EVs, and others.

There's a handful of them here in the Bay Area. I see once at least once every couple months or so.
